​If you require a historic search for the registers we do still hold at St Mary's, you will need to be very specific with your request, e.g. 'Joe Bloggs who I believe was baptized at your church, and who was born in or around 1930'. Not 'Joe Bloggs (or maybe Smith) who lived in the Ulverston area around 1935'. 

​Any request for a search relating to a person whom is still alive, must be actioned personally by them, or with their explicit consent.
